As a CCXP-certified professional, Ana consults global businesses across different sectors, helping them achieve their goals: be more customer-centric, carry out business transformation, design and improve their customer journeys, and set the CX programs combining CX consulting best practices with innovative technologies.
Ana has more than 17 years’ experience working in consultancy, helping clients to get closer to their customers. From the start of her career as a Customer Engagement consultant and Project Manager she helped to optimize customer-facing internal business processes to provide better customer service; aligning with the customer's perspective, as a passionate CX advocate.
As a marketing strategist, with more than 20 years’ experience in highly innovative marketing environments, Esther is convinced that a customer focus and digital transformation are the key drivers to support successful and long-lasting change within an organization.
Throughout Esther’s international career, her passion is to drive companies to innovation and success through pinpoint positioning, brand awareness and efficient marketing programs. Esther believes in the power of Customer Experience to shape marketing & sales strategy and operations to make a difference in competitive markets.
Pavlina believes that it’s all about the human experience.
Working as a Change Management Consultant for the last 18 years, Pavlina’s expertise lies in putting the Human Experience at the heart of the Business and Digital Transformation dynamic.
Pavlina is a CCXP-certified CX professional in addition to her Prosci qualification in Change Management; her career always puts people at the heart of organizational change.
