You will also be responsible to showcast our cutting-edge Journey Management platform, participate in events and build a strong network.

Your job responsibilities include

  • Take charge of implementing diverse sales initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and fostering collaboration across teams
  • Proactively seek out new sales prospects by following up on inbound leads, initiating outbound contacts, and mining our current account database for cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Partner with our marketing team to craft targeted campaigns aimed at key customers and prospects, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing strategies
  • Actively contribute to our social media presence, cultivate your own customer experience (CX) network, and enhance your personal branding, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Stay informed about market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and consistently adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Journey Management platform to effectively address customer needs and expectations
  • Be proficient in demonstrating the capabilities of the Cemantica Journey Management platform to potential customers and stakeholders
  • Create, maintain and refine sales presentations and materials
  • Represent Cemantica at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and establish strong relationships within the market

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, can build trust and strong relationships with our clients as well as has strong listening and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English
  • Based in the US and Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
  • 5+ years of Sales experience
  • Experience with CX is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective listening and presentation skills
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • High availability, responsiveness, and reactivity
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global remote team
  • Curiosity-driven information gathering and learning
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
