Your job responsibilities include

  • Ensure the overall quality and performance of the Cemantica platform
  • Design, write and execute comprehensive manual test cases to ensure functional and UI quality
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks
  • Identify, document and track bugs across multiple devices, browsers and environments
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers in all stages of the development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and documentation
  • Perform regression, performance and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience
  • Provide test plans and test summaries as part of each release cycle
  • Participate in design reviews, product discussions and retrospectives to continuously enhance the product quality, ensure testability and early risk identification
  • Handle Tier 2 support by investigating, reproducing and escalating complex customer-reported issues in collaboration with the Customer Success and R&D teams

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled and passionate about delivering high-quality software. You combine a user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the technical know-how to test complex SaaS workflows in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance roles
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning and test execution
  • Hands-on experience writing automated tests with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
  • Experience creating and maintaining test frameworks – Advantage
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps or Dynamics 365 – Advantage
  • Experience with performance, security testing and/or DevOps (such as Test Plan, User Story, bugs, tasks etc.) – Advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset – you’ll work closely with developers, product owners and customer care
  • Approach testing with a user-first mindset—validating real-life flows to ensure the experience is intuitive, consistent and free of friction
  • Must be based in EMEA
