The role reports to the R&D Manager.


  • Assure the quality and the perfect operation of the platform
  • Thoroughly test the different modules of the system using appropriate testing techniques and tools
  • Write and execute test cases (manual and automated) to find bugs such as UI, usability, performance and other types of issues
  • Check consistency of the platform across devices, browsers, and operating systems
  • Report on test progress against schedule
  • Work with DevOps to manage the cycle of test conception, execution and reporting
  • Provide a Test Summary report after every version release
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle


  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Essential)
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to examine bug reports and prioritize necessary tests
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps/ Dynamics 365 (Advantage)
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing  (Advantage)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with R&D team members and Customer Care team
  • High proficiency in English
